3. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

• All prices are listed in CAD or USD depending on your location.

• Coaching services may be billed as a one-time payment or recurring monthly subscription.
• If you are on a recurring payment plan, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all coaching services, digital products, and programs are non-refundable due to the time, planning, and resources involved in delivering coaching services.

4. ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

• Access to services is granted only to the individual who purchased the service.
• Sharing, reselling, or transferring access to programs or community platforms is not permitted.
• We may revoke access if a user violates these Terms of Service or community guidelines.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. COMMUNITY CONDUCT

If participating in any community platform, group, or communication channel, you agree to:
• Engage respectfully and constructively.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
• Respect the confidentiality of other members.
• Not promote or sell external services without permission.

We reserve the right to remove users who violate community standards without refund.

Our programs and coaching are for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding personal, fitness, health, financial, or business outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
